To support our growing business, we are seeking a Manufacturing Assistant to join our manufacturing team. Looking for a highly responsible, dependable, self-motivated and trustworthy person who can work with little supervision, understand responsibilities and tasks who will take initiative.

RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is mainly responsible for supporting our Fabricator/Technician with all second operations to parts such as groove heatsinks, cutting stems and satin ice, adding holes to canopies.

• Ability to safely operate the following machines: manual milling machine, metal lathe, drill press, sanders, grinders, bandsaws.
• Skilled in basic metalworking techniques: cutting, drilling, tapping, milling.
• Measuring and preparing parts to be fabricated.
• Modifying or fabricating parts, primarily in aluminum.
• Maintain a clean and safe work station/environment by complying with procedures, rules, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with product assembly and testing or help out in the warehouse, shipping and receiving department as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
• Recent experience working in manufacturing
• Ability to lift 50+lbs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assemble or fabricate mechanical parts, products, and fixtures using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications
• A mechanical assembler who is organized, punctual, can read a BOM and build to a drawing with accuracy and efficiency
• Excels in a fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years mechanical assembly experience may be required
• Basic reading skills. Must be able to follow directions
• Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem
• Ability to switch tasks comfortably when needed
• High attention to detail and self-motivation skills
• Basic knowledge of electricity and general electronics
• Test fixtures, hi-pot, functionality and cosmetic quality check

To support our growing business, we are seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to join our manufacturing team. Looking for a highly responsible, dependable, self-motivated and trustworthy person who can work with little supervision, understand responsibilities and tasks who will take initiative.

Responsibilities
Kitting
• Pull all inventory for each manufacturing order
• Pull parts for all material transfers
• Pull parts for each order at our off site vendor location

Inventory control
• Perform cycle counts, variance reconciliation, reporting and record maintenance
• Create, pull and fulfill all material transfers between locations
• Fulfill pick tickets and prepare stock kits for production, verify counts or document shortage
• Maintain order, organization and cleanliness of warehouse areas

Receiving
• Receive, count and verify incoming paint parts – this may be done at vendor
• Separate/kit painted parts with the work order (confirming the parts are correct: part, color and quantity) for production

Requirements & Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience working in warehouse and material control
• Verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills and team player
• Attention to detail, neat and organized and ability to root cause issues impacting the process
• Self-motivator, ability to work independently and problem solve
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver license and clean record
