To support our growing business, we are seeking a Manufacturing Assembler to join our manufacturing team. Looking for a highly responsible, dependable, self-motivated and trustworthy person who can work with little supervision, understand responsibilities and tasks who will take initiative.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assemble or fabricate mechanical parts, products, and fixtures using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications
• A mechanical assembler who is organized, punctual, can read a BOM and build to a drawing with accuracy and efficiency
• Excels in a fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years mechanical assembly experience may be required
• Basic reading skills. Must be able to follow directions
• Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem
• Ability to switch tasks comfortably when needed
• High attention to detail and self-motivation skills
• Basic knowledge of electricity and general electronics
• Test fixtures, hi-pot, functionality and cosmetic quality check

Our innovative fixtures are built to order in our facility with precision engineering and uncompromised quality. To support our growing business, we are seeking an HR Generalist. You will be responsible for assessing personnel policies, programs, and procedures, and inform employee and management personnel on the interpretation of them. You perform professional level human resources work and carry out responsibilities in one or more functional areas, such as; staffing, employee relations, compensation, training, employment, labor relations, safety, affirmative action and employment equity programs, and personnel research.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Carry out administrative work involving the human resources functions, maintain related records and processes payroll.
• Ensure that programs are carried out in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.
• Analyze and provide advice to supervisors and managers on methods and approaches to resolve employee work problems.
• May make presentations to explain the purpose and goal and to seek compliance and understanding of human resources policies.
• Conduct research to determine the effectiveness of personnel programs and policies.
• Develop and propose improvement to policies, programs, and procedures to improve the effectiveness of human resources and operations. Responsible for implementing and evaluating revised human resources policies.
• Provide other human resources services as needed.
• Additional functions: Office management, supplies, general office administration to provide support to the organization

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5-8 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Must have high integrity and be able to contain confidential information
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter and ability to take ownership of projects with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels and to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically, or through other means to individuals and groups
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
• Acute attention to detail
