To support our growing business, we are seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to join our manufacturing team. Looking for a highly responsible, dependable, self-motivated and trustworthy person who can work with little supervision, understand responsibilities and tasks who will take initiative.

Responsibilities

Kitting

  • Pull all inventory for each manufacturing order
  • Pull parts for all material transfers
  • Pull parts for each order at our off site vendor location

Inventory control

  • Perform cycle counts, variance reconciliation, reporting and record maintenance
  • Create, pull and fulfill all material transfers between locations
  • Fulfill pick tickets and prepare stock kits for production, verify counts or document shortage
  • Maintain order, organization and cleanliness of warehouse areas

Receiving

  • Receive, count and verify incoming paint parts – this may be done at vendor
  • Separate/kit painted parts with the work order (confirming the parts are correct: part, color and quantity) for production

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working in warehouse and material control
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills and team player
  • Attention to detail, neat and organized and ability to root cause issues impacting the process
  • Self-motivator, ability to work independently and problem solve
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver license and clean record

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales and Customer Support Manager to lead our team of sales and technical support specialists in providing the highest quality of customer experience in the industry. v2 sells its products exclusively through our North American sales network. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in delivering first class customer support to Sales Agents, Regional Sales Managers, and Customers. They should have inside sales experience preferably in the
lighting or commercial construction industry.

As the face of v2 to our customers, you must have a friendly, confident and helpful personality.

Daily Responsibilities:
• Lead the customer support team by example and with your professional experience
• Work collaboratively and productively with other departments to meet customer needs
• Must be a problem solver, able to identify what’s needed and work within the organization to get things done
• Create processes that improve efficiencies, gather consensus and buy-in from those involved
• Ensure accurate Order Management:
o Review new orders, resolve pricing issues with reps, and ensure the correct process of orders
o Work with Operations on expedites/cancellations/revised orders requests
• Manage customer support – provide quotes, information, and RMAs
• RSM support – Support Regional Sales managers by providing samples, color chips, and other misc. marketing materials
• Post-sales support – assist customer and RMA team with basic issues like replacement parts

To support our growing business, we are seeking a Shipping Clerk to join our manufacturing team. Looking for a highly responsible, dependable, self-motivated and
trustworthy person who can work with little supervision, understand responsibilities and tasks who will take initiative. This position performs the following tasks to ensure that all necessary jobs ship out in a timely and organized fashion each day.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Competent and proficient with shipping multiple packages through the UPS and FedEx website
• Close manufacture orders in v2 inventory control software in order to fulfill and ship orders
• Package materials, parts, and fixtures according to company guidelines
• Verifies Quality Control of all shipping fixtures and parts to ensure that the packaging will not be damaged during shipping
• Responsible for making sure all necessary supplies are available to ship products
• Monitor and resolve shipment discrepancies
• Request parts and materials from inventory for RMA shipments
• Excels in a fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
• Organized and able to answer shipping inquires easily and effectively
• Computer skills (any Inventory Management program knowledge a plus)
• Recent experience working in a warehouse and/or distribution facility
• Knowledge of UPS systems including World Ship for both freight and ground
• Ability to lift 50+lbs.

We are looking for a candidate to work in a dynamic environment who can ensure efficient operations through careful coordination of materials and manufacturing efforts with the focus on efficient production schedules and prioritizing rush requests and RMAs into standard production.

As the Production Planner, you will be part of the Operations team and will play a
central role working with Sales, Supply Chain, Inventory and Manufacturing, analyzing the capacity and shorts to set ship dates to meet or exceed customer requests. You will be expected to establish production schedules that result in a smooth workflow, on time component receipts/production completions, and promote customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Work within v2 Lighting’s custom Planning software tool to establish sequence and lead times for each job to meet ship dates according to customer needs
• Follow job life flow (product build cycle) within each view of Planner to keep on track from release to shipment
• Conduct brief morning production meeting with the head of each department to share information about the daily hot actions
• Work with customer service to help provide best possible ship dates on expedite requests – advise CSR of any rush fees
• Prepare weekly production reports

Qualifications
• 1-3 years’ experience of sales, customer service and/or planning/scheduling
• Attention to detail, consistent follow-up on all ongoing activities for the full
lifecycle of each open order
• Strong working knowledge of email, Google Doc, MS Excel, and Word
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized and work efficiently
• Friendly and able to stay calm in stressful situations
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Should enjoy a challenging and fast-paced environment.
