Daily Responsibilities:

  • Order Management:
    • Review new orders, resolve issues with reps, and process orders
    • Work with Operations on expedites/cancellations/revise orders requests

  • RSM support – Support Regional Sales managers by providing samples, color chips, and other misc. marketing materials
  • Post-sales support – assist customer and RMA team with basic issues like replacement parts

Scope of Position
• Responsibilities of both the Engineering Manager and the NPI manager

Engineering Manager Objectives
• Manage all engineering department projects – major releases, minor releases, sustaining engineering

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager that has leadership and know-how in a durable goods manufacturing company. This individual will be responsible for all receiving, material flow, and inventory. They must have experience with configuring and using inventory software, organizing inventory for efficiency, and managing people.

In this role, you will oversee both our warehouse locations and staff. You will report to the director of operations and have visibility at the executive staff. You will need to be an expert on our processes, improving and establish new ones as needed. You will plan and monitor inventory flow including receiving, cycle counts, rev control, kitting, transfers and warehouse safety.

Responsibilities:
Receiving – establish and maintain strong receiving practices
Ensure quality controls on all received goods
Keep material planner up to date to ensure shorts are being fulfilled timely
Work with supply chain to timely delivery and inventory levels
Implementation and execution of inventory management and control strategies
Perform cycle counts, variance reconciliation, reporting and record maintenance
Setup and enforce controls for inventory transactions – material transfers
• Accurately transact of all material transactions in MRP system
